Property Manager - Fixed Term

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate team in Perth’s Northern Suburbs on a fixed-term basis until the end of March 2027. 

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently support and co-manage a tidy residential portfolio, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

The Role

• Co-manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and routine inspections
• Manage lease renewals and tenant enquiries
• Ensure compliance with WA tenancy legislation
• Provide a high level of customer service and efficient portfolio management
• In-house duties only and admin support on offer 

About You

• Previous experience in residential property management essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously
• Current WA driver's licence
• Valid registration 
• Ability to hit the ground running 
• Experience with Property Tree
