I'm currently partnering with a well-established Perth builder to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of a premium apartment development in the western suburbs.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Driving programme, quality and safety outcomes
• Conducting site inspections and meetings
• Managing construction sequencing and site logistics
• Working closely with the Project Manager to achieve project milestones
• Delivering the project through to successful completion

About You Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience supervising apartment, multi-residential or commercial projects- (5+ years essential)
• Builder's Registration (highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• The ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
