Our client is a premium menswear and womenswear showroom seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Karrinyup retail operation. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering up to $85,000 + super + commissions, depending on experience.

This role is ideal for a confident retail leader who loves sales, people development and building genuine customer relationships. You'll lead a team of approximately six across permanent and casual team members, with a strong focus on sales performance, KPIs, coaching and delivering a highly personalised customer experience.

The environment is consultative rather than transactional, with customers often requiring time, trust and a considered approach before making a purchase.

The Opportunity

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately six permanent and casual team members
• Drive sales, KPIs, conversion and commercial performance
• Take ownership of team performance, rostering, coaching and ongoing development
• Create a premium customer experience built around genuine relationships and personalised service
• Lead the team through a considered, consultative sales journey and longer conversion cycle
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and strong follow-up
• Maintain high showroom standards and ensure the team consistently delivers an elevated customer experience

Who We're Looking For

• Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
• Premium or luxury retail experience is preferred, but not essential
• Strong backgrounds could include bridal, jewellery, luxury menswear or womenswear, premium fashion or other consultative sales environments
• A confident sales leader who genuinely enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team
• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs
• A natural relationship builder who understands the importance of trust, service and personalised customer engagement
• Comfortable managing a longer sales cycle rather than a high-volume transactional environment
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Made-to-measure experience is advantageous, but not essential
