Dental Practice Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a busy and high-performing 4-chair dental practice. 

This is a leadership role overseeing a team of approximately 10 staff and working alongside 6 Dentists across a busy 4-chair practice. The practice provides a mix of general and cosmetic dentistry and operates in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join an established dental practice backed by a large national network, while working closely with a local team and high-performing Dentists.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, including:

• Leading and supporting a team of approximately 8-10 staff
• Managing daily operations, workflow and rostering
• Supporting Dentists and the wider clinical team
• Managing staff performance and day-to-day issues
• Maintaining a high level of patient service
• Ensuring the practice runs efficiently and effectively

About You
We are looking for a strong leader with previous Practice Management experience. Dental experience is highly desirable, although experienced Practice Managers from other healthcare environments will also be considered.
You will be confident managing people, handling competing priorities and working in a busy environment.
