We're TC Boxes, and we've built a business around one truth: Aussie tradies, adventurers, and outdoor enthusiasts deserve gear that actually works. From toolboxes to canopies, dog boxes to ute trays, we're the people who get it. Now we're looking for someone who gets it too.
Our Marsden Park showroom is growing, and we need a Retail Sales Consultant who can walk the floor with confidence, talk setups without missing a beat, and build the kind of customer relationships that keep people coming back.
About Us
TC Boxes was born with a simple objective: give tradies safe, reliable and secure storage solutions. But as we grew, so did our community. Campers needed canopies. Hunters needed dog boxes. Weekend warriors needed somewhere to put things on their ute. So we grew with them.
Today we're one of Australia's go-to destinations for trade, tool storage, 4x4 and camping solutions. We're a team of people who genuinely love what we sell, and that shows in every conversation we have.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers walking through our Marsden Park doors. You understand their world, speak their language, and know how to match the right setup to the right person.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Welcoming customers and building genuine, lasting relationships
- Helping customers find the perfect trade, tool storage, 4x4 or camping solution
- Completing quotes, sales and bookings accurately and efficiently
- Showcasing our full product range with product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Representing TC Boxes at events like 4x4 shows, camping expos and outdoor trips
- Handling sales transactions and basic cash handling with care
- Growing your skills and career through ongoing training and development
This role runs on a rotating roster, alternating between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday schedules.
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who already knows the world we operate in. You've probably spent time at a show, on a trail, or at a worksite. You know what a good ute setup looks like, and you can explain why without being asked.
You'll fit right in if you:
- Have previous retail or sales experience in a customer-facing environment
- Are confident, personable and comfortable talking to a wide range of people
- Have a solid understanding of utes, trays, tubs and what makes a setup work
- Are genuinely passionate about the outdoors, camping, off-roading or 4x4
- Are available across a rotating roster including Saturdays
- Are eager to learn and develop your knowledge across the full TC range
