What you'll be doing
- Preparing a wide variety of meat products to our exacting standards
- Ensuring all meat is stored and handled according to food safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and advice to our patrons

- Assisting with receiving and processing meat deliveries
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and efficiency
What we're looking for
- Several years' experience as a qualified Butcher
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, quality and preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
