About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Specialist to join our team in Surry Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and managing multimedia content across our digital platforms, spanning video, audio, motion graphics, animation, and digital media assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver multimedia content for digital platforms
- Create motion graphics, animation, titles, and other visual assets
- Edit and integrate video, audio, graphics, and design elements into final multimedia outputs
- Produce digital media assets for social platforms, campaigns, podcasts, and other digital channels
- Manage end-to-end multimedia production workflows from raw media to final delivery
- Adapt multimedia content into different formats for different platforms and campaign needs
- Manage media assets, project files, and post-production workflows
- Lead video and audio production across multiple projects
- Review work from editors, freelancers, juniors, and interns
- Train junior team members and provide technical and creative guidance
- Collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to deliver content aligned with briefs and platform requirements
- Handle client feedback and revise content through approval rounds
- Manage audio cleanup, levelling, mixing, and final audio preparation for delivery
- Troubleshoot post-production, media, workflow, and delivery issues
- Deliver final assets in required formats and technical specifications
About You
- Proven experience in a multimedia production or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and audio production tools
- Strong understanding of digital platform requirements and content formats
- Experience managing production workflows and leading junior team members
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: $96,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bondi NSW
