About the role:

You’ll be part of the Projects & Construction team, focusing on front-end work.

Your day will include:

• Drafting and negotiating project and construction agreements (EPC, D&C, O&M, BOP, supply contracts).
• Advising developers and contractors through every stage of project delivery.
• Working across major renewable energy and transport infrastructure projects.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Australia and the firm’s international network.

The ideal candidate:

• A lawyer with 3–7 years’ PQE in front-end construction or projects.
• Confident drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Positive, proactive, and ready to be part of a supportive and high-performing team.
