About the role:

• Newly created position
• Specialise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CTF) obligations and compliance
• Provide guidance on ethics, costs, and regulatory compliance
• Research and develop best practice resources
• Provide secretariat support to committees and working groups
• Contribute to policy development and regulatory initiatives

• Advise senior leadership on regulatory, ethics, and compliance issues

The ideal candidate:

• Admitted Solicitor with a current practising certificate
• Strong expertise or keen interest in AML/CTF legislation and compliance
• Knowledge of practice management, ethics, and regulatory frameworks
• Confident presenter with strong communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Compliance auditing or quality management experience (desirable)
