About the role:

• Partner with senior leadership and the wider team to navigate complex legal and regulatory issues in the electricity and renewables sector. Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising on energy, electricity, and renewables law, including compliance with the National Electricity Rules and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements, including EPC, O&M, PPA, and project financing contracts.
• Supporting project development, acquisitions, and joint ventures across solar, battery, and hybrid energy projects.

The ideal candidate:

• 7+ years PQE with expertise in electricity and renewables.
• Coming out of private practice and/or INH
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating project, infrastructure, or energy contracts.
• Commercially astute with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
• Confident working autonomously while also collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
• Motivated to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming the energy landscape.
