About the role:

• Work on a diverse mix of disputes – insolvency, property, construction, trusts & IP
• Appear in court and gain hands-on advocacy experience from the outset
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters
• Draft pleadings, advise clients, and manage matters under supervision
• Build strong foundations for a long-term disputes career in a supportive team

The ideal candidate:

• Recently admitted, or up to 3 years’ PQE in disputes/litigation
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with confidence to appear in court
• Interest in building a career across insolvency, property, construction, trusts & IP disputes
• Ability to think commercially and provide clear, practical advice
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
