About the role:

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a range of high-value, challenging cases such as:

• Professional Indemnity claims for financial institutions, medical professionals, and other insureds.
• Medical negligence defence and risk management matters.
• Financial lines and D&O disputes, coverage advice, and liability claims.
• Be involved in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes litigation.

The ideal candidate:

• 3 + years of reputable defendant insurance experience - Strong plaintiff background may also be considered.
• Australian or New Zealand legally qualified.
