About the role:
- Advise on a mix of transactional matters including:
- M&A and corporate structuring
- Private equity and venture capital
- Investment funds (open and closed-ended)
- Capital markets and structured finance
- Banking & finance (lender and borrower side)
- Work closely with London and global law firms and institutional clients
- Get direct client exposure from day one
- Roles available across all PQE levels – from junior associates to senior lawyers and counsel
The ideal candidate:
- 1–10+ years’ PQE in corporate, banking, funds or transactions law
- Strong experience from a well-regarded firm (offshore or onshore)
- Excellent academics and drafting skills
- Appetite for working in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
- Interest in relocating to a world-class offshore jurisdiction
