Join a large-scale food manufacturing and processing operation as a Maintenance Supervisor, leading a team of tradespeople across a busy 24/7 facility.

About the Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance activities across the site, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and production performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and developing maintenance trades personnel
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Driving safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating resources to minimise downtime
- Working closely with Production and Operations teams
- Supporting preventative maintenance programs and shutdowns
- Utilising CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities
About You
- Mechanical Trade Qualification preferred
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Leading Hand or Team Leader
- Background within food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG or industrial environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Positive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on team engagement
