Manufacturing Operator
- Operate manufacturing machinery and support production, including preparing materials and monitoring processes.
- Carry out quality checks, forklift movements, truck loading and unloading, and manual handling of heavy materials.
- Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a reliable, safety-focused production team.

We are currently looking for experienced manufacturing operators to join a well-established business operating within the heavy industrial and construction materials sector. These are hands-on positions working within a busy manufacturing and production environment, assisting with the production, handling and movement of heavy construction materials.
Your new role
We are seeking motivated and reliable manufacturing operators to join a dynamic team. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Operating production and manufacturing machinery
- Monitoring production process and feeding raw materials into equipment
- Cutting, measuring, processing and preparing materials
- Quality control and checks of finished products
- Operating forklifts to move materials
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Manual handling and general labouring duties
- Following site safety procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or logistics
- Experience within a heavy industrial environment is highly regarded
- A current LF Forklift Licence and experience with awkward, heavy loads is highly regarded
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
