Customer Service Specialist
- Provide support as the first point of contact for customers'' retail banking needs.
- Help customers meet their financial goals through various banking products.
- Adhere to policies and regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
As our highly valued Customer Service Specialist based in Toowoomba your role will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.
Part-time 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8-month contract)
You’ll make an impact by:
- Helping customer meet their financial goals through our great value savings, insurance and personal lending products
- Deliver sales and lending results
- Supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
