Our client based in the Northern Suburbs are looking for their next Property Manager to join their team. If you are looking for a fantastic office environment, a manageable portfolio & a team that values support and work-life balance, this is the role for you!
About The Role;
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 properties
- Leasing Support & Administrative Support
- Monday to Friday – no weekend work!
- Opportunity to work remotely from home (post probation)
Salary paying up to $98,000pkg - depending on experience.
About You;
- Minimum 12 months experience managing her own portfolio
- Strong knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Professional communicator with strong relationship skills
- Proactive, accountable, and take ownership of your portfolio
- Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Current Cert IV certificate
- Reliable car & driver's license
