Facilities Manager
- Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the property portfolio.
- Lead the basebuilding FM across both Hard & Soft services.
- Act as the point of contact for the client and tenants.
- $55PH - $60PH + Super
- 4-6 Week Initial Contract

Our client is one of the largest Property companies in Australia who are looking for a Facilities Manager to look after a mixed portfolio.
This is a great role for someone who is looking for an immediate start and a foot in opportunity to work for a household name.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the property portfolio.
- Lead the basebuilding FM across both Hard & Soft services.
- Act as the point of contact for the client and tenants responding to any queries or issues.
- Manage contractors and organise repairs
- Ensure WHS and customer satisfaction is carried out to the highest level.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Facilities Management
- Must have strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Must be proficient with computer systems, able to manage work orders, PO’s and invoices.
