About the Role

Due to continued growth in NSW, we’re looking for an experienced Fire Technician (Fire Protection / Fire Services Technician) to service a commercial property portfolio across [Sydney regions, e.g. CBD, Inner West, North Shore]. You’ll carry out inspection, testing and maintenance (ITM) of active and passive fire protection systems to AS1851 and help shape how fire system servicing is delivered to our clients.

What You’ll Need

• Cert II or III in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing (preferred)
• 2–3 years’ experience as a fire technician with a fire protection or fire services company
• Hands-on experience in line with AS1851, including:
  • Portable fire extinguishers and fire blankets
  • Fire hydrants and hose reels
  • Fire indicating panels (FIP) and fire detection and alarm systems
  • Sprinkler systems, fire pump sets and water tanks
  • Fire doors and passive fire systems
  • Emergency and exit lighting, and EWIS
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment, with a strong customer-focused, team approach
• Full working rights in Australia
