Accounts Payable Officer

$70,000 + super | Accounts Payable Position

Join a well-established manufacturing and logistics organisation based in Kilsyth that plays a key role in keeping Australia's supply chains moving. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• High-volume invoice matching, coding and data entry
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Managing supplier enquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Processing payment runs
• Maintaining accurate vendor records
• Assisting with month-end reporting and finance administration
• Working closely with operational and warehouse teams

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems is highly regarded
• Exposure to a high-volume environment within logistics, transport, warehousing or distribution will be advantageous
