Love fashion, styling and making someone’s day? As a Part-Time Retail Assistant at Black Pepper Mt Hutton, you’ll be at the heart of creating a great experience for our customers, helping women find outfits they feel amazing in while being part of a friendly, positive team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Welcome customers and provide warm, genuine service.
- Help customers find the right fit and offer personalised styling advice.
- Create a welcoming, tidy and visually appealing store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and help keep the store well organised.
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Work with the team to achieve store goals and sales targets.
ABOUT YOU
- Loves fashion and enjoys helping customers look and feel their best.
- Previous customer service or retail experience.
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team.
- Can adapt their approach to suit each customer.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Can commit to an agreed part-time shift pattern, with some flexibility during busy trading periods.
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to every shift.
