About the roles:

• Role 1: Funds/Financial Services Regulation Senior Associate working in domestic, offshore, wholesale and retail fund establishment (all asset classes), private equity fund establishment, AFS licensing requirements, regulatory advices, compliance, AML/CTF, outsourcing arrangements, ASX quotations, funds restructures, ETFs and more!
• Role 2: Investment Funds Lawyer/Associate.  Prepare investment fund formation documentation including trust deeds, limited partnership deeds, management agreements, information memoranda and product disclosure statements.  Prepare transaction documents for transactions involving funds.  Prepare advice on corporate and financial services laws applicable to investment managers, and more!

The ideal candidates:

• Role 1: 6-8 PQE in Financial Services Regulation and Funds;
• Role 2: 2-5 PQE experience in either financial services regulation or transactional funds.  Corporate candidates with private equity and/or venture capital experience are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication skills, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
