About the roles:

• Work closely with Partners and Senior Lawyers in renewable power projects (wind, solar, battery and thermal);
• Drafting and negotiating key contracts underpinning power, oil and gas projects, including but not limited to: power purchase agreements, gas and LNG supply contracts, joint operating agreements, gas transportation agreements and network access contracts (SWIS and NWIS);
• Offshore and onshore projects including acquisitions and divestments, joint venture, procurement and more!

The ideal candidates:

• 2-5 years PQE with demonstrated experience in Energy and/or Natural Resources Law from a recognised law firm or company (for in-house candidates) with strong academic transcript.
• Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work in a very collaborative team.
