Role Highlights: Diverse and hands-on role supporting a private family office across investment assets, property holdings and personal financial structures, with a blend of finance and operational responsibilities.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping and providing day-to-day financial and operational support across multiple entities. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciliations, and supporting month-end and reporting requirements.

You will also assist with inter-entity reconciliations, BAS and tax documentation, and maintain accurate financial records across bank accounts, credit cards and investment accounts. Alongside finance, you will support operational requirements such as scheduling, travel coordination, insurance and general administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a confidential environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable including invoicing, receipt allocation and follow-ups
  • GL and bank reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Inter-entity reconciliations and month-end support
  • Assist with BAS, tax documentation and reporting
  • Maintain financial records across investment and operational accounts
  • Arrange insurance and support operational logistics
  • General administration duties

Candidate Profile

You are a highly organised and detail-driven Bookkeeper with experience working across multiple entities or complex environments. You have strong transactional finance experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You are confident working autonomously, take ownership of your work, and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and discretion. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will ensure success in this role. Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office is essential, along with relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications.
