About the role:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Patent Attorneys.
• Provide sound Patent advice to clients
• Establish client relationships and build on the practice

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 8 years PQE with demonstrated experience in providing patent advice at the highest level.
• Qualifications in life sciences along with being a qualified Patent Attorney.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and develop patent team members.
• Experience in taking responsibility for all aspects of a significant practice.
