About the role:
- With appropriate supervision, you will be managing deals to completion and resolving disputes.
- Be involved in complex and significant matters in the industry, such as collateral warranties, building contracts/sub-contracts and deeds of novation.
- Providing contract advice, contract drafting and disputation.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer (all levels), also open to Paralegals.
- Meticulous attention to detail & excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in construction law, coming out of a reputable firm or a genuine interest/passion for construction law.
