- Operate automated packaging and palletising machinery, including start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and troubleshooting.
- Monitor production lines and complete calibration, quality checks and accurate production records.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, GMP, allergen management, sanitation and workplace safety standards on a permanent night shift.

We are currently looking for reliable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our Regency Park, Night shift team.

- Location: Regency Park (SA)
- Night Shift Hours: Sunday midnight - 6am Monday (6hrs), Monday to Friday 10:10pm - 6:10am
- Position: Permanent Full Time
- Selection Process: Formal Interview - Online Assessment - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks - Decision
Responsibilities
- Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
- Performing equipment start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and product transitions
- Troubleshooting and monitoring the palletising automation and machinery
- Managing production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
- Preparing and completing accurate records
- Adhere to PepsiCo food safety, HACCP, GMP, allergen management and sanitation standards
- Committed to quality checks, ensuring packaging integrity, accurate coding, seal quality, carton construction and finished goods presentation
- Cleaning and housekeeping

Qualifications
- Previous experience operating automated packaging machinery within a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
- An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment with good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting and system operation.
- A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time whilst maintaining safe working techniques
