I'm recruiting for an award-winning, multi-office real estate agency in Newcastle looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager who knows how to build relationships, win clients and get deals across the line.

THE ROLE | WIN BUSINESS. BUILD THE RENT ROLL. GET RESULTS.

This is a proactive, sales-driven position where your ability to generate opportunities, build trust and close deals will directly contribute to your success.

You'll be responsible for growing the rent roll, developing relationships with property investors and owners, and converting new business opportunities into long-term clients.

Your focus will be on:

• Converting warm and qualified leads into new managements.
• Building relationships with investors, landlords and prospective clients.
• Prospecting, networking and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conducting presentations, pitching the agency's services and winning new managements.
• Following up opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Working closely with the wider team to maximise growth and market share.
• Hitting targets, tracking performance and consistently delivering results.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. It's for someone who wants to get out there, build relationships and WIN.

WHO WE WANT You might be an established Sales Agent, Sales Associate, BDM or ambitious real estate professional ready to take your next step.

You'll bring:

• Proven real estate experience and a strong track record of success.
• A genuine ability to build rapport, influence decisions and win business.
• Confidence negotiating, presenting and closing.
• A competitive mindset and a strong desire to achieve.
• The initiative to create opportunities and the discipline to follow them through.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or relevant real estate licence.
