- Manage a residential real estate property portfolio
- Build relationships with property owners and tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease renewals and tenancy agreements
- Oversee daily residential property management operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
Skills & Experience
- Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager experience
- WA Real Estate registration or eligibility
- Residential Property Management knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop
