THE OPPORTUNITY Take ownership of an established portfolio, predominantly across Perth's southern suburbs.
You'll enjoy genuine autonomy, experienced leadership and a well-structured department where responsibilities are clearly defined.

- One permanent WFH day per week for senior staff
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who knows their craft and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional service.
You'll bring:
- Ideally 5+ years of Property Management experience
- Confidence managing an end-to-end portfolio independently
- Strong knowledge of Perth's southern suburbs
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- A polished, professional approach and high personal standards
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to embrace established systems
