Waste & Recycling Team Member
📍 Location: Browns Plains
💰 Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour + Superannuatio
⏰ Shift: Day Shift – 6:00am to 3:00pm
📅 Roster: Monday to Sunday (5 days per week, including weekend work)
✅ Every 2nd Friday RDO
✅ Overtime Available
✅ Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of waste management and general labouring duties
- Operate plant and equipment
- Assist with waste sorting, recycling, and site operations
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets
What You'll Need
Current HR Licence or Forklift licence (desirable)
White Card ( essential)
Experience operating heavy plant machinery (highly regarded)
Relevant machinery tickets and licences (advantageous)
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to receive vaccinations for: Hepatitis A , Hepatitis B, Tetanus
Ability to successfully complete a police check
