The Opportunity This is more than a Team Leader role. You'll play a pivotal part in driving the continued growth of the Western Australian business, managing a national team of 10 Rehabilitation Consultants across WA and NSW (2 WA, 8 NSW). Working closely with senior leadership, you'll mentor your team, strengthen client relationships, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future success of the WA region, with a high level of autonomy and genuine influence on strategy and growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10 Rehabilitation Consultants
  • Drive the strategic growth of the WA portfolio
  • Coach consultants to deliver strong return-to-work outcomes
  • Oversee quality, compliance and file reviews
  • Monitor team performance and productivity
  • Build strong relationships with employers, insurers and key stakeholders
  • Support business development and account growth
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture

About You:

  • Allied Health qualifications (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA registration)
  • Minimum 3 years' Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
  • A passion for developing people and growing businesses
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
