Job Description

- Drive process improvement initiatives, systems enhancements and operational best practice across the function.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery, streamline workflows and support business objectives.
- Oversee billing, receipting, reconciliations and revenue-related activities within a complex operational environment.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Support business change initiatives, including process transformation and system improvement projects.
