Purchasing Parts CataloguerLocation: Guildford, WAAn exciting opportunity exists for a Parts Cataloguer to join a supportive and collaborative team based in Guildford. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of part master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).Working closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating parts information to support efficient business operations.Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update part master data within D365.
  • Interpret supplier and technical information to accurately catalogue parts.
  • Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Perform bulk data uploads and updates using Excel.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Adhere to established data governance standards and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data.

About the Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in parts cataloguing, inventory, procurement, or master data management.
  • Exposure to engineering or technical environments.
