Your new role:An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Draftsperson to join a high-performing production drafting team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate sales plans, contract plans, working drawings and construction documentation
- Producing detailed floor plans, elevations, internal layouts, plumbing and slab drawings
- Managing drawing reviews, amendments and corrections throughout the construction process
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders including sales, estimating, colour selection and compliance teams
- Resolving technical drafting and construction-related issues efficiently
- Ensuring documentation is delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and outcomes
What youll need to succeed:To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong proficiency using Revit within a residential building environment
- Extensive knowledge of detached housing construction
- Sound understanding of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Strong technical problem-solving and drafting capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative approach and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
