The fantastic opportunity
- Permanent part-time role working four shifts a fortnight with the potential to pick up more
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
- Formulate, review and update care plans
- Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed
- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing care to the elderly
- Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Current working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
