Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer with a strong interest in commercial and retail leasing to join a growing team. Working directly with experienced senior lawyers, you will advise landlords, developers and business owners across a diverse portfolio of property assets. Your work will include:
- Commercial and retail leasing matters
- Drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documents
- Advising on leasing strategy and risk management
- Put and Call Option Agreements
- General property transactions and advisory work
- Direct client contact and relationship management
This role offers exposure to high-quality property work and the opportunity to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients from an early stage.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3+ years' post-admission experience in property law
- Strong experience in commercial and retail leasing
- Exposure to Put and Call Option Agreements
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- The confidence to manage client relationships and provide practical advice
- A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your technical expertise
