Locum Hospital Social Worker

• ASAP start for 3 months or permanent
• 3-5 days per week – you choose
• Wollongong, south of Sydney

 
Experienced Hospital Social Worker required for an immediate start with this Wollongong based hospital. You will work as part of a team of thirty allied health clinicians. You’ll be the sole Social Worker on the team, working closely with the Discharge Planner.
 

• Acute caseload including aged care, palliative, discharge planning, psychosocial support
• Hospital experience is mandatory
• 3-5 days per week
• Immediate start for three months
• Permanent role also available
• No accommodation available – possible rental allowance TBC
• Travel reimbursement available
• Level 3 role, open to confident level 2 clinicians with hospital experience also
• Locum rates of $75 per hour + superannuation + potential for living away from home tax benefits (more take home pay, up to $6 dollars more an hour!)

This role requires you to be eligible for AASW membership
