The Role
They are seeking to employ a Senior Estimator with the following skills and experience.
- 7 Plus Years estimating experience construction
- Strong proven industry knowledge in NSW is a must
- Estimated projects up to in excess of $40m
- Substantial experience in industrial buildings
- Prepare tenders
- Take offs
- Cost plans
- Deal with suppliers
- Value Engineering
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
