An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading tier one property agency for an Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive to join its established Perth team. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded national business with a strong industrial platform, established client relationships and significant market presence, while having the autonomy and earning potential to really build your own career. The business is open to candidates at different levels of experience, from established agents looking for a stronger platform through to high-performing sales professionals ready to take the next step.
  
The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to step into an established industrial team with listings available from day one, rather than having to build a portfolio entirely from scratch.
  
You will have access to:

• A competitive base salary of $100,000 – $150,000 inc. super, dependent on experience 
• Commission structures designed to reward you from your first deal, providing the opportunity to earn from day one
• Established listings and immediate opportunities to transact
• A strong existing management portfolio to leverage and build relationships from
• Access to the broader business and its national service lines and client network
• Succession planning for future client relationships and opportunities to inherit established business

About You
We are open to speaking with candidates across different levels of industrial sales and leasing experience.
You may already be an established Industrial Agent looking for a platform that can provide greater opportunity, stronger support and long-term succession — or you may be an ambitious property professional ready to take your first significant step into agency.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-focused and motivated by building a successful career in industrial property.
