Role & Duties
- Manage a small portfolio within close proximity to the office
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
- No leasing, trust or BDM duties & PCRs are outsourced
- Conduct routine inspections
- Respond to tenant inquiries and applications
- Address maintenance requests
- Manage lease agreements, renewals & arrears
- Ensuring legislative requirements are met and portfolio remain compliant
About You
Perfect for an experienced Assistant/Junior Property Manager ready to manage their own portfolio. You'll join a supportive team that prioritises professional growth & skill development, all while contributing to the continued success of a thriving agency.
- Industry experience is a must
- Property Management Registration
- Unrestricted WA drivers licence
- Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
