Your Responsibilities
- Managing leasing, renewals, arrears and maintenance
- Building strong owner and tenant relationships
- Conducting routine and final inspections
- Working closely with VAs to manage administration and compliance
- Managing key handovers
- Maintaining office inventory and stock levels
About You
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident working independently and enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio.
- Solid residential Property Management experience
- Comfortable managing a portfolio autonomously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Property Tree and AgentBox preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent relationship management skills
