THE ROLE

• Manager only 150 properties
• Liase with landlords to ensure exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures.
• Work closely with the leasing team to minimise vacancy periods.
• No routine inspections, allowing greater focus on relationship management and portfolio performance.
• Enjoy a well-maintained portfolio with systems and support in place to help you succeed.

ON OFFER:

• $100,000 - $105,000 + super
• Super flexible hours
• work from home available 
• Heaps of support
• Incentives for just doing your job
• Monday - Friday with flexi hours
• You will not be micro-managed

ABOUT YOU:

• MIN 2 years as a Property Manager
• Current certificate of registration
• Drivers licence
