• Doctor-owned, operating for 11 years with a well-established patient base

• Currently 6 GPs (1 on maternity leave, 1 full-time, the rest part-time)

• 8 spacious consult rooms with windows and air conditioning

• Primarily bulk billing (80%) with private billing for new migrants (20%)

• Located in a vibrant migrant community with many professionals and homeowners
