Are you passionate about Microsoft 365 governance, Power Platform administration, and enabling secure digital innovation? We are seeking an experienced Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Governance Administrator to join a leading enterprise environment undergoing significant digital transformation
In this role, you will take ownership of governance, administration, and operational management across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services, helping drive secure, scalable, and well-governed collaboration, automation, and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, policies, and operating models for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform servicesDevelop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, policies, and operating models for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
- Manage environments, tenant settings, licensing, capacity, security controls, and managed environments.
- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, monitoring, alerting, and auditing capabilities.
- Support the adoption of AI, automation, and citizen development capabilities while ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Provide guidance, training, and operational support to platform users and citizen developers.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience implementing governance controls, tenant configuration, security controls, and environment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with DLP policies, monitoring, auditing, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to identify technical risks and provide practical governance recommendations.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integration experience.
