Job Title: Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager
Location: Gold Coast
A design-led, premium homewares and furniture brand on the Gold Coast is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead its online performance and the team behind it. This role suits an eCommerce specialist who knows how to grow a premium brand online without cheapening it.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital and eCommerce performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising
- Own the customer journey, CRM and EDM strategy, building segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Set paid media strategy and creative direction, working with the existing ads agency (no hands-on media buying)
- Lead and develop a small team: Brand Communications Manager, part-time Social Media Manager and eCommerce Coordinator
- Work closely with the founder, leadership team and Head of Operations on strategy and commercial priorities
- Contribute to the brand's growth into the US
Qualifications
- Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business, ideally in premium homewares, interiors, furniture or lifestyle
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising
- Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving online revenue and retention
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Ability to communicate a considered, premium product without resorting to gimmicks
- A collaborative style suited to a fast-moving, small-business environment
