They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a $65M aged care project in Perth.
This is an opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys being trusted to run their site, make decisions and drive outcomes, you’ll have the backing of an experienced leadership team, strong systems and processes, and the autonomy to lead the project as your own.

You'll ideally have:
- A trade qualification, with a Carpentry background preferred.
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued at $30M+.
- A strong track record across aged care or health projects highly regarded.
- The confidence and leadership ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing detailed construction programmes with minimal supervision.
- Previous Australian commercial construction experience.
- Full Australian working rights.
