You are:
You’re a Program Manager who has a strong data transformation background, ideally finance data transformation.
You come from complex, big enterprise environments and skilled in managing vendors, highly outcomes focused & driven.
You’re approachable, personable & work well in fast-paced environments.

The Role:
As a Program Manager, you'll be managing the finance data transformation as part of an upgrade to SAP S/4HANA.
You'll be working in an environment that is moving to Agile from waterfall, putting in a layer where everyone can access that data.
The role requires someone who works with urgency, is very outcomes & dates focused, who can drive things in a way that is still people-focused.
This is a 3 days in office, Sydney-based role, and with go-live in 2028 there is good longevity.
Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:
- Program Manager experience
- Experience managing data transformations
- Finance data transformation exp ideal, as part of ERP/CRM upgrade
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
