We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Storeperson to join our Bundall Warehouse Team.

About the Role

As a Storeperson, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of goods. You will also interact with customers and provide exceptional service while supporting the overall success of the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
  • Check and process delivery documentation
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and stock accuracy
  • Provide outstanding customer service when assisting customers with collections and enquiries
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures
  • Support team members to ensure daily operational targets are met

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
  • Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading as required
  • Experience in warehouse operations and checking delivery documentation (preferred)
  • Current Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Forklift Licence and/or Picker Licence (preferred)
