Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established electrical wholesale business in Pinkenba to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their busy warehouse team where you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent Monday–Friday day shift hours.
Your duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners
- Operating a High Reach & Counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks
- Goods receival and dispatch
- Stock put-away and replenishment
- Cycle counts and stock movements
- General warehouse duties and manual handling
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Working to daily KPIs and established safety procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' High Reach forklift experience
- Previous warehouse experience highly regarded
- A current LF forklift licence
- Experience using RF scanners
- Basic computer and warehouse systems knowledge
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- A reliable and positive attitude
